The Philadelphia 76ers’ G League affiliate, the Delaware 87ers, will be celebrating Nickelodeon Night on Wednesday, January 3 when they host the Erie Bayhawks, an affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks.

The Delaware 87ers will be draped in charming Spongebob-themed uniforms with players donning yellow jerseys and shorts to essentially emulate Spongebob Squarepants‘s actual clothing.

In addition, to ring in the new year in a positive note, this celebratory night isn’t just to enjoy 90’s kid nostalgia in the arena, as the 87ers will be donating some of the proceeds from ticket sales and a jersey auction to benefit Child, Inc., which will help make a positive difference in the lives of families and children in need of support across Delaware.
